Kathleen at check-in was amazing. She provided really good service with great cheerfulness. Amy, the bartender, also brightened my day. I had a wonderful time at the happy hour. I really appreciated the free snacks and drink options that were available.
The elevators were very small. Due to the hotel's popularity, using the stairs with luggage was necessary at times.

the hotel location is quite convenient.
Housekeeping was a significant problem . The room was not cleaned properly on multiple days. i had to request fresh towels several times, and the floor remained dirty. the staff's attitude when delivering towels was also unprofessional (i found this unacceptable).

The breakfast included a full service with eggs and omelets made to order. potatoes, bacon, and sausage were also present. the fitness center located on the 12th floor is open 24 hours. i appreciated the shuttle service. It provides transport to the port for $12 per person.

The location proved useful as a base for exploring the area.
The noise levels were high. I could hear conversations and general commotion from neighboring rooms and the hallway, so sleep was a challenge.
